Welcome to CYBERROOT LAB. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CyberRootLab.com and your purchase of products from CYBERROOT LAB LLC (“CYBERROOT LAB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on our website.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, images, sizes, packaging, pricing, and other information accurately.

Product appearance, packaging, labels, colors, or other non-material details may occasionally change without notice.

Information provided on our website is for general informational purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, CYBERROOT LAB cosmetic and personal-care products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Individual experiences and results may vary.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to refuse, cancel, limit, or review an order, including in cases involving:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
Incorrect pricing or product information;
Inventory or fulfillment issues;
Unusual or suspicious purchasing activity;
Violation of these Terms; or
Other legitimate business or legal reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, any amount owed to the customer will be refunded to the original payment method as appropriate.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

This includes the correct street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and any other information necessary for successful delivery.

Customers should review their shipping information carefully before completing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer causes a delivery failure, delay, return-to-sender shipment, or additional carrier charge, the customer may be responsible for the resulting additional shipping costs.

6. Address Changes After Ordering

Customers who discover an address error should contact CYBERROOT LAB immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or carrier possession.

Once a package has been shipped, carrier restrictions may prevent us from modifying the destination.

7. Returned-to-Sender Orders

If a package is returned to CYBERROOT LAB because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, failed delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue, we may require payment of a new shipping charge before reshipping the order.

If the customer instead requests a refund, CYBERROOT LAB may wait until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected before determining refund eligibility.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable when the failed delivery resulted from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Delivery Claims

Carrier tracking information may be used as evidence when reviewing delivery disputes.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but the customer reports that it was not received, CYBERROOT LAB may investigate the shipment before determining whether a refund, replacement, or other resolution is appropriate.

We may request reasonable information necessary to investigate a delivery claim and may contact the shipping carrier.

Each claim will be reviewed based on the available evidence, circumstances, carrier information, and applicable law.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must follow the return procedure provided by CYBERROOT LAB when returning merchandise.

Receiving authorization to return a product does not necessarily guarantee a full refund. Returned merchandise may be inspected before final refund eligibility and refund amount are determined.

Any limitations on returns or refunds will be applied in accordance with our posted policies and applicable law.

10. Personal-Care Products and Opened Merchandise

For health, hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, eligibility to return opened, used, altered, contaminated, or materially damaged personal-care products may be limited where permitted by applicable law.

Products that are defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, or otherwise subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should contact us promptly if they receive an incorrect or damaged product.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact CYBERROOT LAB first if there is a problem with an order so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, CYBERROOT LAB may provide relevant transaction records to the payment processor, financial institution, or other authorized party handling the dispute.

Such records may include order information, communications, applicable policies, shipment records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and other evidence relevant to the transaction.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to customers under applicable law or their card issuer’s rules.

12. Fraud and Unauthorized Transactions

We reserve the right to review, hold, decline, or cancel transactions that reasonably appear fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or otherwise suspicious.

We may use fraud-prevention tools and information provided by payment processors and other service providers when evaluating transactions.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, suspected fraudulent activity may be reported to relevant payment providers, carriers, platforms, or authorities.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, and promotional codes may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions:

Have no cash value;
Cannot be combined with other offers;
May be limited to one use per customer or order; and
May be modified or discontinued where legally permitted.

We reserve the right to cancel orders involving unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive use of promotional offers.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on CyberRootLab.com, including our brand names, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, text, designs, product presentation, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to CYBERROOT LAB LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No content from our website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, commercially exploited, or used to misrepresent an affiliation with CYBERROOT LAB without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CYBERROOT LAB LLC from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
